Sub-processors

BluePing is operated by Hakkens Trading ("BluePing", "we", "us", "our"), Lovensbroek 3, 5541HG Reusel, the Netherlands (KvK 67549640, VAT NL222232936B01), which is the data controller for the personal data processed by the Service. To provide the Service, we engage the third-party sub-processors listed below. We enter into a data-processing agreement with each of them and share only the minimum data needed for the stated purpose. Notes
- Bol.com B.V. is not a sub-processor: it is your own connected seller account and the source of the order and stock data BluePing reads. We send your own Bol.com Retailer API credentials to Bol.com to authenticate on your behalf (EU/NL).
- Simple Analytics (cookieless, EU-hosted) runs only on our marketing site (blueping.app), not on the application (app.blueping.app). It processes no Slack app customer data, so it is out of scope as a sub-processor for the app; it is disclosed in our Privacy Policy for transparency.
Changes to this list
We may add or replace sub-processors as the Service evolves. When we do, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Where required, we will give advance notice of a new sub-processor so that you have the opportunity to object.
